Swan Valley is the home to #1 Montana typical state record Whitetail Deer @ 204+ B.C. Our Whitetail hunts take place in the Valley between the Bob Marshall Wilderness and Mission Mountain Wilderness in Northwest Montana. This valley is rated as one of the very best Whitetail Deer areas in Montana. Our population is booming at this time with quality whitetails throughout the valley.

Most Whitetail Deer taken will score between 125 to 160 B.C. as you can see by the 162 BC buck harvested this past season.

With our hard work and dedication and your willingness to put in the time and effort you have a very good chance at scoring a Boone and Crockett whitetail that are tipping the scales at well over 200#.

All Swan Valley Whitetail Hunts are done out of our base of operations right here in the town of Swan Lake. We have brand new Bunk house cabin accommodations for your privacy. I myself recommend the 1 on 1 hunt for those up for the challenge of an all day hunt.

We also offer a semi guided hunt for those that choose to come out in a group or with a family. You will be taken out with one of our experienced guides and set in a blind or stand for the day in a high productive area. You will be given a 2-way radio to contact your guide anytime for any reason. Your guide will rotate throughout the week with each hunter to aid in rattling and calling. These hunts will be during the peak of the whitetail rut.

For the hunter who purchases the combo deer/elk license you have a pretty good chance of a bull walking by since they co-habitat in the same area. Give me a call and book early, these hunts are very popular and can book up two years in advance, Licenses applications must be filled by March 15th and we can assist you with this process.
